I got the Mondo 1/6 Mer-Man, and he is so amazing (and expensive) that I needed to dedicate a shelf to him. I started with the skull, it's foam that I covered in Aves clay and painted. The base is foam with sand and rock, the backdrop is fabric, the coral is cheap plastic coral that I repainted, and the fish is from Star Wars Episode I. Probably not finished with it, but it's good enough for now.
