I loved the off brand Joes from Lanard as a kid...sure they weren't as cool looking as the official Joes but they had charm. What really caught my eyes were the card art. The Gasman figure that was packaged in the old line was white but the card art Gasman was obviously supposed to be a black guy. So I made a modern custom of him based on the card.
