I've made a bunch of Rouge figures, and will make more in the future no doubt, but this is the first time I got to make her in an official alternate costume (Rouge Amy was just a meme.) The base figure was a Wave, it's funny how long it's been since I actually used a Wave to make Rouge, but with one of my 3D printed Rouge heads, some wings, and a few costume details (including a boob job of course) I have my very first Rouge made in this particular costume.
