She's from the Ironman TAS, not sure if she ever moved over to the comic universe. Anyways, I've seen a couple that used Deathbird with her armor which I was going to copy... then flipped and kept DB for a Hawkgirl figure and used a spare Medusa figure I didn't realize I had two of. I only added a little sculpt on the thighs. And the slight mod on the Medusa accessory to make a hypno-base.

Effin fantastic I'm loving the colors on her great paint job super clean this gives me an idea a Pipi Longstocking but have her heavily weaponized man that would be cool

So cool ! I've always wanted to make a 6 inch version of this character but always thought painting the costume lines would be too daunting. By the way, I believe she is called Hypnotia, or at least that's the correct spelling, and yes, she did appear in comics published by Marvel, a book called Marvel Action Hour featuring Iron Man and it was based on the animated series.
