Started with a Dc Multiverse Bizarro and painted the hands and neck skin tone and hand painted the S symbol (second time doing so) not the greatest still perfecting it. Bought a head cast of the Neca Superman from eBay and painted it and fixed to fit the body. Left the cape was on purpose just put a sticker on over the backwards S symbol and there you have it.
