I wanted to do my own version of the 2001 Cobra Lazer Viper. I wanted him to have some removable gear though.
I rushed this figure at first and started completely over. The initial attempt is pictured as well.

recipe:
Body:
head, body, arms, and upper legs: Cobra air trooper.
lower legs and feet: Crimson Guard
forearms and hands: Star Wars Stormtrooper(got a lot of millage out of that one figure.)

Gear:
helmet:25th Hawk
rifle and backpack: 2001 Cobra Lazer Viper(modified)
belt: Stormtrooper.
