We've all seen the Punisher with the jungle-camo skull war paint he wears on his face. Especially the recent versions by creator JohnnyCustoms where the paint detail, patience in rendering is on a level close to savant. And the skull camo he painted inspired the idea of well, what if it wasn't a face-paint of a skull, but actually a real skull, and the remaining flesh was in tatters, on the fringes. So the skull now transforms from a camoflaouge to a real kill on skull! Had never rolled the ole "drooping eyeball" pin in previous zombies, so felt it was time to let this one roll lol. Oh, had a spine laying around from a Dark Alliance Lucifer figure, so perfect for Frank's spine. That also brought another aspect of realism to this piece and yeah, it's gross, but buck up soldier, 'cuz the real wreckage is the chainsaw scars ripped in to his whole upper left arm, leaving graveyards of torn flesh. The shotgun pumps and mag 9 punctures on his chest do little to slow him down. Not even popping him dead between the eyes brings down this atrocity. Somedays you're just S double O L when the pin falls out of the grenade dangling from your jaws and your arms are stuck in a Chinese thumb trap behind your back, with the dead stench of Castle closing in. Rock on.
