This is the classic armor Iron Man. I added some washers for the shoulder pieces and swapped hands to an open repulsor and a fist that could hold objects or punch.

I think you did a great job with this figure. Personally I like the more detailed head sculpt you have in the first picture. I was wondering how you managed to remove the iron man helmet of the original figure. I've been having a tough time with that myself. Could you possibly share your method?

Yes, used hot water and a hairdryer. Some are tighter than others. Have to be careful not to snap off the ball.
