Always thought the original two pack Dugan looked a little undersized so looked to rectify that. I used the Ares style head and swapped the arms for the recent Doc Ock. Sculpted the harness, mustache and shoulder patches as well as the tip of the bowler hat. The brim of the hat is made from craft foam and the chest holster is from an Epic Heroes wave Punisher
