Wanted a witch king that was more movie accurate and matched with the cloth ringwraith riders I have in my display. Used the cloth clothing from one rider ringwraith and some of the same cloth from a toybiz sauron figure. I cut the long plastic pieces off the hood and wrapped the hood in cloth to get the most accurate look I could.
Dry brushed the armor to bring out the details and repainted the helmet/mask.
