Brock Rumlow right hand man to the nefarious Red Skull and constant foil to one Steve Rogers Captain America, or anyone that dares to wear the stars and stripes. Another character not included in the original storyline but Captain America needed some proper villains in this line. So again if you like this or not please take a second to post a comment.
