This is my first attempt.Took legs of Nick Fury and torso of Forge. Bit tricky as Fury doesn't have a waist swivel so had to glue together and putty in the gaps. Painted the orginal blue and yellow forge to the skin tone of Nth Man and paited the black hair and facial hair of forge to the white hair and clean shaven Nth Man.
