This is the 181st TIE Interceptor, piloted by Soontir Fel from Legends. This was an easy custom. I simply used tape on both wings to get the red blood stripe straight. The Action Fleet Interceptor originally came with 2 pilots, and one has a removable helmet. Apparently this is supposed to be George Lucas. I used that figure as the pilot, Soontir Fel. I also added in the blood stripes to his flight-suit.
