Another small character from Raj Comics. I remember at one point thinking there were no good options for making little characters in the 4" scale. But then we got figures like Bilbo, a few Anakins, and there's even a pretty well articulated Yoda out there. Which is good because I still have more small characters to go.

Head was a cast from AngelForge. Specifically, it was the Daken head with the hair fully removed and the mouth resculpted. Sculpted the shirt, skirt piece, belt, and boots. Cape was also fully sculpted. From there, a full repaint, and all done!
