I started this one years back and finally got around to painting him up. Upper body is mostly Toy Biz Loki. The lower half is some random Toy Biz Lord of the Rings figure. Skirt is from Toy Biz Doctor Strange. Head is from Mattel Movie Masterpieces Scarecrow. Straw odds and ends are random fodder, mostly from SOTA Street Fighter heads. Painted him with vinyl spray paint to protect against paint rub. Draw brushed to give him a nice worn look. Hope you like him!
