Character wise, I really don't have anything to say on this guy. I am aware of him existing, but I don't think I've ever read a single comic featuring him. Which means I probably have and he just wasn't that memorable to me. But, that aside, it's getting a little easier to work with black lines on a white base.

Head was from Captain America with the wings, ears, and A sanded off, and the mask, eyes, and stripes across the head sculpted on. Sculpted up the belt, holster, bracers, and emblem on his chest. From there, a full repaint, and all finished up!
