A character I have always seen as an essential Cobra villain!! However, I have always felt his action figure designs over the years have been really bad...I aimed to make this a much more modernized version of the good doctor, with a much more appropriate outfit in my opinion. I made several custom items for him including his brain wave scanner which can store on his pack, a syringe gun, a case with canisters, and even a fully articulated damaged up B.A.T. with a tilting operating table with opening shackles. Of course, he also comes with a standard sidearm and a battle rifle should the need ever arise. If you are interested on owning this custom set, it is available now on eBay for the next three days!
