I was never really into the Witcher games, but I found the show enjoyable enough. Confusing, but enjoyable. It got me looking into designs, but I never got around to making any. Thankfully, the opportunity came up, and hopefully some of the other characters will come up at some point.

Head was a cast from Marauder with the hair resculpted. Swords were from BossFight with the blade guard of one resculpted a little bit. Everything else was fully sculpted. The belt, shoulder pads, gloves, arm pads, entire torso with chainmail, armor, and straps, pants, boots, and spikes on the backs of him hands. Whew. Oh, and the sheath. From there, a full repaint, and all done!
