So I've been in need of a Toad for my Marvel Legends collection for awhile now. Way back when I did my own take on the classic "Doc Ock" style recipe for 4in scale using a Showdown Doc Ock, but I wasn't happy with the Hasbro Ock figure as a base for Toad... I've seen a few customs make it work, but he's just too big for Toad in my opinion. I wanted something shorter and leaner. And since I've done a classic Toad already, I wanted to change things up this time around... I incorporated elements of his X-men Evolution design (which is my favorite adaptation of the character even if the name they gave him is stupid), while still close enough to his classic costume that the figure didn't look out of place with other figures.

Recipe-
Torso- Madripoor Wolverine
Arms+Legs- I think Spider-Punk? Something with the Pizza-Spidey buck.
Gloves, Boots, Back piece- Toad from the X-men Evolution toy line
Head- resized head from the same figure (it was a smidge too small) by Glassman customs.

Everything else sculpted. I really like the look of the short, stocky Wolverine torso with the lanky Pizza Spidey limbs, worked out really well.
