This Raj Comics character is...a character. I got nothing. He looks cool, but I had to mix orange to pull him off. I probably need to stop procrastinating and start migrating into the Citadel line. The massive paint selection will probably make my life easier overall.

Sculpted on the hair and full head piece. Sculpted the belt, sash, and bands on his bracers and boots. Also sculpted up the rolled whip. From there, a full repaint, and all done!
