Started out with Green Phoenix Marvel Legends body and Polaris' legs. Sculpted armor parts and Widow's peak (and other hair parts besides the pony tail) out of Apoxie clay. Copied Nightcrawlers feet and hands as well as sculpting antennae (all of which can be used again when making Bug!). Custom mixed a green acrylic to match the existing green base body parts. Found an amazing metallic orange acrylic to use and then finally painted in the last hair and facial details. Update 12-4-20: Forgot to mention I made her eyes with these teeny, multifaceted, glass yellow gems I found at a Bead Store. Pictures can't really show how amazing they look flashing with light when you move her. Wish I had a way to capture that on film!  Please wait... |
