He is inspired by his classic Knightfall appearance. I made him because he’s always been a favorite of mine, and I wanted a bad guy for my Batman figure. I repainted my Thor figure and switched out his head for a random one in my fodder bin which I dremmeled and painted. I then added green yarn to his arms and painted gauntlets onto the tips of them. I used a cuff link from a Marvel legends Cable to make his Venom canister on his back, where I attached the tubes and repainted it.
