Stepping deep into an obscure DC team with this run. A team that opposed the Doom Patrol, and I believe the Teen Titans at one point, as well. Touch-N-Go was the speedster on the team, with the ability to absorb kinetic energy and convert it into speed.

Fully built on the BossFight base. Smoothed over the upper torso, and sculpted up the scarf, belt, hair, headband, top of her boots, and the wraps on her arms. From there, a full repaint, and all done!
