Normally, with most movie designs, I can just pop in the movie and freeze frame. About to get back into more Days of Future Past designs and that has proven very helpful with those. However, Cyclops actually doesn't have a very prominent presense in X2. And only one point where he actually wears the jacket. So, I had to look up the actually uniform displays to get the proper look for him.

Big plus on characters like Cyclops, the visor helps get a movie likeness without much effort. You're basically just looking for a similar chin then. Head was from a BossFight male blank with the visor and hair sculpted on. Sculpted up the uniform, pants, sleeves, and collar. Jacket was from a Star Wars General Hux. Full repaint, and all done!
