It's been like 20 years, but I can still remember this pretty well. Psycho Silver showed up and I remember thinking it made a ton of sense considering they were counterparts to the Rangers themselves. And then he unmasked and the whole thing was a ruse. I was so disappointed. Even recently checked the Sentai out of curiosity and it was a ruse there, too. Oh well. I really wanted it to be an indication that there were even more Psycho Rangers out there somewhere. Although the comic did follow up by eventually giving us a Green Psycho Ranger. So, there is a chance for a bunch more later.

Head was a cast from PlasticCurves. Upper torso, arms, and upper legs were from Hyperion. Lower torso and lower legs were from Wonder Man. Smoothed over the whole body with sculpt, then sculpted on the entirety of the armor. From there, a full repaint, and all done!
