Base figure is a ML Namor, Bucky-Cap boots, vest is made from an old man Logan coat with the bottom cut off and the fur piece is from a Destiny figure, Tamiya paints and other fodder. Originally I was going to use a Dr Strange head but could not find one that I could make the skin tone match. So I stuck with the Namor head and modified the hair and ears, as well as sculpted the mustache.
I have not figured out a good way to make the shield from the original figure. Once I do I will update.
