This version of Nightcrawler is not based on one specific appearance, but I took inspiration from Earth-1610 Nightcrawler, and the original blue+yellow X-men suits. For increased definition, I added some subtle blue dry-brushing to the black portions of the costume, and an orange wash over the yellow portions. I added custom sculpted details to the forearms and shins, since the gloves and footwear were simply painted on by Hasbro. I have two of this figure, so I posted photos of both for side-by-side comparison.
