I made a Paragoomba, first seen in Super Mario Bros. 3. I used a Goomba figure from Jakks Pacific and took wings from a Koopa Paratroopa figure (also Jakks). I used my dremel to make the holes in the back so the wings could fit properly. It took about 10 minutes, as I went back and forth. I would drill a bit, and try to fit the wings in. If the hole was too small, I drilled a bit more, repeat. The wings are still movable.
