Really wanted to make a ninja using the latest Professor X body. Bud did not want to make it generic either. After looking through G.I. Characters, I stumbled upon the G.I. Joe Extreme characters. Once I saw Black dragon I knew I found my project. I had no clue who he is (long out of Joe’s by the time he came out), but I took a shot anyways
He is made from the Professor X body as mentioned. Head is from a power ranger, straps and mask from ML Maverick. And various fodder.
