Not exactly the hardest custom in the world to make but I like this Cap a lot more than the standard Face-Off version. The FO Cap is awesome, with vibrant colors, but I wanted a darker-blue suit. What are the odds that his clothes are going to stay that bright and clean while fighting evil empires on an almost daily basis? :P

I popped off the head, gloves, and boots from an FO Cap and an Ultimate Cap then swithed them around. They have the same-sized pegs so it was simple. I also switched the shields since the FO shield was more cleanly painted. The Ultimate Cap body is darker-blue with a soft matte finish and has two stars on the shoulders, which I like. Also, The stripes over his stomach start with red in the center instead of white. He looks fine either way!
