Here's the first half of the team rocket like skunk pair from the IDW Sonic Comic, Rough. He and his partner Tumble are a hilarious little villain team that always introduce themselves with a fun poem and have been involved in a bunch of schemes over the course of the comic's run. The head, hands, and feet are all 3D printed from a model of the character made by KoreySonicfan22 from deviantart, and the rest of the body is a megabloks Halo alien, which a quick search revealed the name "skirmisher" which I always thought of as "the one with the head that looks like a moray eel." He also has a tail from a Jakks Pacific Tails figure, and I decided to list his height as 2.75 inches because of his hunched posture.
