Used ML8 Cap and dremelled the hell out of it. Shameless plug - just invested in a Dremel Stylus and those of you who have yet to get one don't forget to ask Santa - it's a dream! Legs are Luke Cage, arms are ML4 Punisher and head is WM Havok. Sculpted the mask, 'A', forearms and neck area. I'm tempted to remove the sculpted 'A' and paint it on instead as no matter how delicately I sculpted it it looks awkward. Removed the pockets on the belt and replaced with XMC Beast pouches, Bullseye pouches and Stealth Cyclops holster for a less bulky utility belt. The gun I from HoM Wolvie and the Knife is Judge Dredds. Finally, the ear wings are a mixture of sculpy and the ones off the maskless Icon cowl.
