If someone at Marvel ever decided to do a Sabretooth TV series, that's the only time I think we'd ever get a live action Birdy. She was directly connected to his reformation, using her psychic powers to hold his feral side at bay. I didn't read that run, so she first caught my attention in Marvel vs Capcom 2 when she popped out as one of his specials.

Feet were from a Gamerverse Black Widow, cut into proper heels. Head was a cast from AvacsLab, as was the ponytail. Glued it in place, then sculpted the hair around it. Sculpted up her belt, gloves, boots, and shoulder pads. From there, a full repaint, topped off with a massive gun from Cable, and all done!
