Here's something I wanted to make for a long time, the Ocarina of Time Ganondorf. Cottonmouth has a perfect physique for the Gerudo king, and his armor and other costume elements are made out of craft foam and apoxie sculpt. He has an alternate left hand for holding his sword that I think came off a Thanos figure or something. His cape is cut from a T-shirt with some twist ties to make it poseable.
