This Clown figure has a nice sculpt, but the paint definitely needed some work. Most of the work went into the face. After darkening the blue face-paint, I used a fine brush and lighter shades of blue to bring out the details of the facial expression (this produced a cleaner look than using washes and dry-brushing). I brightened up the eyes and repainted the teeth + hair. The original flesh-tone was VERY pale, so I added some warmth and texture with a light brown wash. The clothing needed a lot of extra detail work. Lastly, I added a few touches of color to the massive guns.
