There are some artists that follow a rule that as long as the character looks generally the same across the board, the details don't matter as much. Meaning you end up with a ton of inconsistency in a character's design, even in the same issue. That was pretty much what I was dealing with in regards to this Archangel design. So, that was a nightmare. That said, it was a pretty interesting arc. I remember generally enjoying that X-Force run.

Upper torso, arms, and upper legs were from Hyperion. Lower torso and lower legs were Wonder Man. Head was also Hyperion, cut and resculpted. And then pretty much resculpted the entire rest of the figure. We went back and forth on the wings a bit before finally settling on a cape style. Fully sculpted that up, as well. From there, a full repaint, and all done!
