This is actually a pretty obscure pull. While Madelyne Pryor did serve as a Black Queen of the Hellfire Club, she didn't really wear the traditional garb. Except for a couple brief moments. So this was an awesome piece to have come up.

Head was from the Gamerverse Black Widow. So was the hair originally, but I got it as a cast from AvacsLab. The cast itself is wider, so it sits differently, working a little better for her. Heels were also from Black Widow, recut a bit. Sculpted up the top of her boots, top of her gloves, upper torso, and lower torso. And fully sculpted up the cape. From there, a full repaint, and all done!
