Another EU Ancient Style Sith Lord! I enjoyed the first one so much that I wanted to keep going. Like my first one, the base was also a Darth Maul and it took focused more on a "elegant" look instead of darker colors. In this case, the robes are much brighter than my last one.

Maul had his face repainted again, primarily getting rid of the red in his face and repainting the horns. I personally like the less tattooed look here.

Clothes were from the fodder bin and were chosen to both be colorful as well Star Wars looking.

My favorite part are his blade weapons. The lightsaber is half of the original Maul saber. However, I also gave this particular Sith Lord a Cortosis blade. For those unfamiliar, in the EU, Cortosis was a rare lightsaber resistant metal that could actually short out a lightsaber for a time and turn them off. I had this (what I think) brass writing quill that not only looked like an elegant, special sword, but also fit the hand perfectly. I really liked the idea of this Sith Lord having not only a traditional lightsaber but also wielding a secondary lightsaber killing and still lethal sword-it makes him even more dangerous to any Jedi opponent when their blade can be shorted off by making contact with it.
