He was not an easy one to get a recipe for my 5inch collection. I found a bootleg hulk that was the right size, shaved his head, and sculpted the shirt. He glows in the dark to... cause of the radiation, and who doesn't miss the action in action figures these days!
Thank you. Yeah, I'm happy I was able to get that vibe that he had a glow to him. It's a very light dusting of yellow over the top with a spray that helps do it.
