Ibac was an enemy of Captain Marvel.
Ibac's alter-ego is Stanley "Stinky" Printwhistle, a crook who attempted to blow up a bridge, but was caught in the explosion. He was saved by Lucifer, who offered Printwhistle the chance to become a champion of evil, in exchange for his immortal soul. Printwhistle accepted, and was told to speak the magic word "IBAC". By doing so, the frail, grey-haired criminal was transformed into Ibac, a brutal muscleman with a buzz cut.
