Taking advantage of the fact that on Ebay they sold a head sculpt of Mel Gibson in ML scale, I took advantage of the sculpting of the hair and the wrinkles of the forehead, and of doing a light putty work to highlight the cheeks and eyebrows that had some photos of Jack Kirby in his most veteran stage
The rest would be to do a paint job and it would be ready.
This custom was easier to do than I thought and I am very happy to have a figure of The King to have together with figures like Darkseid or Etrigan the Demon.
