SANDMAN Feet Accessories - I felt that the recent Retro version of Sandman could use more sand construct accessories so since Sandman and Hydro Man share the same body buck, I took the Hydro Man feet accessories and gave them a paint job to turn water into sand. The trickiest part here was painting to match the right colors and shades to that of the Sandman's arms. After paint job cured, I applied a matte dull-cote. Now when the feet accessories are clipped onto his feet, Sandman looks a bit more "sandy."
