This figure amuses me personally because I remember meeting the commissioner on one of SNT's character redesign streams, good times. So our cute little kitty pirate here is one of those mega construx Monster High figures with swapped arms from a COD soldier (so it'll have elbows) that, plus a 3D printed Whisper tail and head, Rouge hands, and Silver boots, as well as a sword downloaded from tinkercad. Of course details like her pigtails, hat, eyes, and other little things are sculpted by hand.
