Not sure why this figure got a name change in later iterations (maybe because Hasbro's Transformers ALSO had a Shockwave character?) Base figure on this one is a Valaverse Republic Guard, repainted in a light blue with dark blue/yellow camo pattern. Swapped out the head for a re-painted Classified Beachhead head and a re-painted Classified Gung-Ho cap. Added a re-painted Classified Beachhead vest and a submachine gun with silencer from my bits box. The leg straps, pistol, and holster are from a Valaverse Riot Gear set.
