A pretty simple custom, really.

Titanium Man for the body
Sculpted head from Sculpey
The backpack is part of a Built To Rule Transformer Missle launcher with bits and pieces added.
The arm guns are from random robots (Zoids, I think)
The shoulder cannon was cobbled together from parts from so many different guns and happy meal toys I can't even begin to recall what was what!
