Turman is a character invented by AC Toy design, and here is my take on him. He is supposed to be a sort of turtle master. It seems that if it had been a vintage figure, it would've had a sort of action feature of collapsing back into it's shell or something!

Curiously turtles have been largely overlooked by the MOTU universe. The character itself was meant to be heroic, but I kinda see him more as an evil master, a bit in line with Gamera from Godzilla. Much, much sculpting was needed everywhere. Most complicated part was to replicate the back shell, as I didn't have a original figure to take it out from.
