Started from a 1989 Tmnt Party Wagon. Cut out wheel wells and added mud tires from an echo car. Sanded and hand painted. Added gun and a few extras. Still a work in progress.

Very cool. It kind of reminds me of the version of the Turtle Van from the Mutant Apocalypse miniseries from the 2012 series.
