This is Tiny from the movie Killer Klowns from Outerspace. One of the best scenes from the movie involves this clown punching the head off of a biker who smashes the little clowns bike. He has articulation at the neck, shoulders, wrists, and ankles. This clown has a yellow baseball bat which is accurate to the movie, A large cherry, and a set of boxing gloves.
