I used a large 6" Bowser by Jakks Pacific Toys. Apoxi Sculpt, recycled plastic, gesso, acrylic paint.
I cut his hair and replaced it with a sculpted crown. I used clear plastic I found from a battery package to make the shape of the crown and then added clay to shape it and thicken it up.
I sculpted out the protruding nostrils, smooth brows, rounded out his eyes, and spineless neck and arms. Sanding, primer, paint, clear coat.

Process
At this point I cut off the spikes around his neck and on his arms. Also I shaved off his head and filed down around you eyebrows.
Process
After using apoxi to fill in some gaps and lots more sanding I primed. I actually sanded and primed again because I identified some joints that rubbed but got that taken care of. After this I painted and did a few touch ups to finish.
