Balance of Terror is my favorite TOS episode, and the Subcommander Decius made a memorable (albeit brief) appearance. Wanted to honor the character with his own Playmates-style 5" action figure, so I shrunk the head/shoulder drape of a Diamond Select 7" Decius down to scale, repainted and sculpted gloves and additional details on a Duty Uniform Chakotay body.
